If you know the Clash, the Damned, the Sex Pistols but never heard of SPIZZ ENERGI, you have never been really into the Punk or New Wave subculture or were hiding under a rock during the British Invasion.
SPIZZ 77, how the band was named back then, was founded in the late 1977 by Spizz (Kenneth Spiers) and had their first gigs with Siouxsie and the Banshees.

Truth is that Spizz jumped on stage after the Siouxsie and the Banshees gig at the Barbarella's Punk Festival August 29, 1977 and performed a brief improvised series of songs with a borrowed guitar before—being silenced by the guys responsible for the PA system —and kicked off his punk rock career, after he was seen and heard by agents that were attending the festival —and was signed backstage afterwards [...]
